    2009 Indiana State Criterium Championships for Masters and Juniors!!!

    The Zipp West Clay Classic is among the must-do races in the Midwest. As the first and most prestigious Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in Indiana this community is the very picture of small town perfection. Located at 131st and Towne Road, The Village offers lovely streetscapes, charming shops, and historically inspired architecture.

    After the Men's 1/2/3 field, there will be a concert in on the lawn at the Meeting House.

    Free Kid’s Helmet giveaway and Bike Safety Rodeo at 4:00-4:30. Inquire at registration or www.bengasports.com.

    USAC permit No.2009-1673. Promoter reserves right to combine fields for any reason.

    Event part of IN-KY Cup Cycling Championships, and will benefit JDRF to aid the fight of juvenile diabetes.

    For the M1/2/3 and the Masters 40+, purse will be 75% payback to the top 1/3 of the field. All other fields will maintain the 50% payback to 1/3 of the field.

    Directions:
    Directions: The Village of West Clay is at 2000 N. New Market St., Carmel, IN 46033. I-465 on the north side to U.S. 31. Head north to 116th Street, and turn west. Follow 116th to Towne Road and turn North. Follow Towne to Glebe, and turn East into the Village of West Clay. Registration is straight ahead. Follow the signs.

    Course Description:
    From the Start/Finish on Horseferry Road, the course travels southwest to Bird Cage Walk, south to Roseberry, east on Chelmsford St., and North on Parson's Gate. The race turns east on Hourglass Drive on the south end of the lake, to Bonaventure Circle, north to Jackson Circle, and west to the Start/Finish on Horseferry.
