"Dedicated" versus "Shared" Advertising: The rates as described below are
calculated at two different rates. The "Dedicated" rate will allow your banner
advertisement to be displayed on each page view for that page. The "Shared" rate
will allow your banner to be shared with up to 3 other advertisers so your banner
will be displayed on at least every 4th page view.
